Corrections Policy
We welcome specific, evidence-based correction requests. A correction should identify the page, the disputed statement and, where possible, an authoritative source.
What we correct
Material factual errors, misleading health or safety wording, incorrect regulatory information, broken internal references and significant omissions that change the meaning of an article should be corrected promptly after verification.
What may be updated without a correction note
Spelling, formatting, accessibility improvements, broken-link replacement and minor clarifications that do not change meaning may be updated silently.
Substantive updates
When a major factual conclusion changes, the article should state that it has been updated and summarize the reason. Archived copies or a version-control history are useful for high-risk topics.
Contact
Use the contact page and select Correction. The production site should connect that form to a monitored channel before launch.
